The attention of the District Educational Officer, Chittoor is invited to the references read above and he is informed that the Government in the G.O.1" read above framed articles of charges under rule 20 of APCA (CCA) Rules 1991 against Sri.G. Narasimha Reddy, (Rtd), District Educational Officer, Chittoor.

In the reference 3“ and 4" read above, the Government have appointed Smt P.Parvathi, Director, RMSA, O/o the SPD, SS, A.P, Amaravati as Enquiry Officer and Sri. V.Sreenivasa Rao, Assistant Director, O/o the Regional Joint Director of School Education, Kadapa as Presenting Officer to conduct enquiry on the article of charges framed against Sri.G. Narasimha Reddy (Rtd), District Educational Officer, Chittoor under Rule 20 of APCA (CCA) Rules1991

Hence, it is proposed to conduct enquiry on 02-11-2021 at 11-00 am, O/o the District Educational Officer, Chittoor.

Therefore, the District Educational Officer, Chittoor is requested to intimate Sri.G. Narasimha Reddy, (Rtd), District Educational Officer, Chittoor and other officers involved in this case to attend the enquiry on 02-11-2021 at 11-00 AM at O/o the District Educational Officer, Chittoor without fail.

The District Educational Officer, Chittoor is further requested to keep ready all the related records along with connected file and gist of case for verification.
