Sub: APSS KGBV With-drawl of the Guest Faculty Services, who are working hourly basis in all KGBVs in the State for academic year 2023-24 - Certain instructions - Issued.

Ref: This office Procs Rc. No. SS-21021/72/2023-IED&KGBV- SSA, dated: 01.11.2023.

The attention of all the District Educational Officers and Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State is invited to the reference read above wherein certain instructions have been issued for engagement of the Guest Faculty against the vacant post of CRTs and PGTs on hourly basis in the KGBVs for the academic year 2023-24.

Further, they are informed that the 1st and 2nd year Intermediate Public Examinations March-2024 are going to be completed by 15th March, 2024 and SSC Public Examinations-March, 2024 will be completed by 30th March, 2024 to the KGBV Intermediate & 10th Class students. As per the Academic Calender-2023-24 the last working day for the KGBV Schools is 23rd April, 2024.

They are therefore requested to with-drawn the services of PGT Guest Faculty w.e.f. 15th March, 2024 and CRT Guest Faculty w.e.f. 28th April, 2024 without fail.

Further, they are requested to issue necessary instructions to all Principals of the KGBVs in the State for completion SA-II answer scripts evaluation by the concerned CTRs and enter marks in the concerned registers /online portal on or before 28th April 2024 without fail and also informed that don't mke contract renewals to any guest faculty until unless very specific orders from the KGBV section. Any deviation this regard viewed as serious.

These instructions should be followed scrupulously.
