The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education. and District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the reference 1st read above, wherein detailed instructions were issued regarding the Visits and Inspections to be made by the Mandal Educational Officers, Deputy Educational Officers, District Educational Officers and Regional Joint Directors of School Education.

Further it is informed that, a new software application developed specifically for the Visits / Inspection of Schools across our State. This advanced tool aims to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and provide comprehensive insights into school evaluations. Below are the instructions for effectively utilizing this software:

1. Access and Permissions:

Access the application through the Students Attendance application. Upon login, select the Visits/Inspection icon and enter the School UDISE code to be inspected. Fill up the visit/inspection form accordingly.

2. Data Entry and Verification:

Verify the completeness and correctness of the dynamically available data. Collect and enter relevant data and observations.

Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers are instructed to issue necessary instructions to Deputy Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers to diligently follow these instructions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of School Visitation and Inspection processes Statewide.

Further, the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Education Officers in the State are instructed to ensure the implementation of these instructions by the Deputy Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers within their jurisdiction without fail.
