SSC Public Examinations : Answer Booklet and Graph Paper Instructions Issued

Sub:- O/o DGE – SSC Public Examinations, April-2023 — Dispatch of 24 page, 12page booklets and graph sheets to 26 districts- Reg.

All the District Educational Officers are hereby informed that the SSC Public Examinations – 2023 will be conducted in 26 District Pattern (New Districts) and the SSC Examinations are scheduled to be conducted from 3 April to 18″ April.

In this connection, 24 page answer booklets, 12 page answer booklets and graph sheets are being printed and transporting from V S Hitech Security Forms Pvt Ltd Vijayawada to storage points furnished by DEOs concerned.

Therefore | request you to receive the above mentioned Stationary duly obtaining acknowledgement and fallowing the usual procedure from the above said company authorities.

Further it is informed that the answer booklets shall dispatch to centers after approval of constitution of examination centers. Before sending to the Centers please follow the instructions

1. 24 page Hooklets shall use only for main answer booklet for subjects -First Language, Second Language, Third Language, Mathematics and SocialStudies, OSSC main language paper | and OSSC main language paper IL.

2. 12 page booklets shall use for Sanskrit (4S), Physical Science and Biological Science and Vocational course .

3. Graph sheet shall use in mathematics Exam. One sheet only for one candidate

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the state are hereby requested to depute concerned ACGEs to see the matter.
