Highlights ( 11th PRC )
1. Fitment benefit of 23% shall be provided.
2. The date of effect of the 11th Pay Revision Commission may be given notionally from 01-07- 2018.
3. The date of monetary benefit shall be w.e.f. 01-04-2020.
4. The date of cash benefit shall be w.e.f 01-01-2022.
5. In respect of Contract employees, the implementation of Minimum Time Scale in the Revised Pay Scale shall be w.e.f. 01-01-2022.
6. HRA Slabs – ( 24%, 16%, 8% ) On par with Government of India
7. Discontinuation of CCA – On par with Government of India
8. Additional Quantum of Pension : On par with Government of India
