Secretariat Velagapudi is communicated to the all the Departments of Secretariat and the President/General Secretaries of MemberAssociations of ASCS JAC (State Level)for taking necessary action.

2. All the Spl. Chief Secretaries/ Prl. Secretaries/ Secretaries of the Department shall take up the issues raised by the various Associations concerned with their departments and resolve the issues at the earliest'.

06.12.2O21 AT CONFERENCE HALL, 2"d BLOCK, A.p., SECRETARIAT, VELAGAPUDI.


The Principal Secretary to Government (Services & HRM) General Administration Department welcomed the Hon'ble Minister for Finance, Planning, Commercial Taxes and Legislative Affairs, the Chief Secretary to the Government, the Advisor to Government (Employees Welfare) and the Presidents and General Secretaries of the Associations and narrated the backdrop and the significance of the meeting in hls opening remarks.

2. Sri Bandi Srinivasa Rao, President, APNGOs Association while thanking the Government, impressed upon the Government the need to consider the memorandum submitted to the Chief Secretary, GoAP,
on 21.10.2021 and submitted that out of 71 demands/issues only 10 are financial and requested the Government to resolve non-financial demands/issues expeditiously and other demands in a time bound
manner.
He has stated that creation of supernumerary posts may be considered
He has requested to allow office bearers of recognized Associations to be retained for 9 years without effecting transfers.
He has stated that pending payments towards GPF/APGLI accumulated over last two years to a tune of Rs.160o crs may be arranqed to be paid early.
Requested for converting certain posts as Gazetted posts in Social Welfare Department and others.

3. Sri Bopparaju Venkateswarlu, President, AP Revenue Services Association, while thanking the Government for conducting AP Civil services loint staff councilMeeting on 29.10.2021 and in continuation the present meeting, stated thatseveral payments viz., DAs, GPF, GIS, EL, Medical Bills, retirement benefits etc., were pending to the employees and requested the Government to release the payments expeditiously and also submitted that leave salaries like HPL, EL were also pending'

He has requested to resolve the CPS issue. and the employees for whom the recruitment procedure was over by 01.09.2004 and not appinted maybe considered for immediate resolution and to admit
them into OPS.
