SIR, Once again posting the instructions of shifting of class 3 to 5 to near by (below 250 metres distance) High schools which is already mailed and also list of identified schools. Please make sure that shifting of classes and deployment of teachers to high schools shall be completed and Please ensure the new arrangements shall be in force from 01.11.2021 onwards ::

In connection with the merging of 3,4,5 classes and shifting of Teachers to nearest High schools, all DYEOs shall submit divisional wise consolidation report positively by 11 AM @01.11.2021 without fail  for taking further course of action. 

Further, all the field funxtionaries   are requested to continue the schools in present  pattern until further orders pl.
