Press Note on SSC Exam Paper Leak Issue

PRESS NOTE

Some Social media / Channels reporting about leakage of 10th class Question paper. This information is totally false and mischievous. In this context that on the commencement of the first day of the SSC Public Examination April/May 2022 dated on 27.04.2022 that the question paper code 01T & 02T for the First language (Telugu) has circulated at 11.35 AM through watsapp message. Consequently the District Educational Officer of Kurnool has conducted a preliminary enquiry and identified the examination center No. 45882 (Zilla Parishad High School, Ankireddy Palli of Kurnool District) from which the above question paper was circulated through the Watsapp. Accordingly the District Educational Officer Kurnool has taken disciplinary action against the concerned examination center officials i.e.. Chief Superintendent, Departmental Officer and the Invigilator of the concerned examination room have been suspended from the examination duties under the provisions of Act 25/97 have been applied for these operations. However the above incident has been occurred even after the completion of 02 Hours right from the beginning of the examination i.e., 9.30 AM. Hence the above event shall be treated as a malpractice incident and not comes under the purview of the leakage of the question paper.

In the light of this incident request all the Nodal Officers, RJDS and DEOS are to be more vigilant and strictly enforce the rule that NO MOBILE PHONES in the examination center room. All the staff posted on the duty (Invigilators and others) in the Examination center should deposit their mobile phones with the Chief Superintendent. The Chief Superintendent should be held responsible and strict action will be taken against him if any deviation is noticed. Finally it is informed that elaborate arrangements have been made to curb the such type of practices and to conduct the SSC Public Examinations April/May 2022 peacefully and successfully.
