Finance Department

• Scrap CPS- Restore OPS- Fulfill Hon'ble CM promise
• Regularization of Contingent employees ~- working from prior to 25.11.1993
• Regularization of Contract Employees.
• Applicability of 5 day week to all employees
• DSC-2003 Selected candidates to be allowed to old pension scheme __as per GOI Policy
• Request for implementation of modification orders to G.O. 152 in respect of Payment of Family pension to widowed/divorced daughter of employee/pensioners.
• The age of superannuation enhanced to 60 years to all Government servants and hence request to extend Time limit for payment of enhanced family pension to the legal heirs from 65 years to 67 years similar to GOI scheme.  
• In view of the arithmetic illustration, request the Government to enhance the present limit of Rs. 1,00,000/- to Rs. 2,50,000/- in the interest of fairness and reasonability by carrying suitable amendments to the provisions of Rule 9 in Sub Rule (2) and Sub Rule (7) of A.P. Civil services Conduct Rules, 1964 
• Request for lifting the ban on transfers to the employees working in the State Government including employees working on Contract basis.
• Request for reduction of the period of recovery of  commuted portion of pension from 15 years to 10 years from the date of payment of commuted  value to the retired employee (pensioner)
• Request to issue specific and common orders in respect of payment of gratuity in the interest of employees who were retired prior to finalization of the criminal/disciplinary cases pending against them.
• Promotion to the higher posts in Visually Challenged employees-passing of Departmental tests for the promotion to next higher categories - exemption- Requested.
• Continuation of 217 contract staff working in | Forest department Permission accorded, Drawl of the wages of the contract staff under the head 2406-01-01-03 SH 300/301 instead of from CAMPA funds requested Reconsideration.
• Enhance the age of superannuation to the contract employees on par with regular employees as 60 years from 58 years
• Settlement of 11th PRC
• Release of all pending pensionary benefits and payment GPF amounts to the pensioners immediately
• Release of 5 installments of Dearness Allowance Release of Salaries of all contract and outsourcing employees by first of every month.
• Payment of 12 months Salaries to the contingent, Daily wages, Guest Lecturers and Teachers at par with Contract Lecturers in Education Departments
• Payment of 30% HRA to all the employees within the CRDA limit on par with Secretariat and HOD employees.
• Payment off Interim relief @ 27% to all the Contingent and Part time Employees working from prior to 25-11-1993 (MTS)
• Continuance of the age old practice of conveyance charges to all Treasury employees in the month of March every year.
• Enhancement of funeral charges (obsequies charges) of the deceased Govt. servants and pensioners.
• Sanction of house rent allowances to the hired sub centres in the PHC areas in HM&FW Department.
• APTSA-AMARAVATI - Change of the designation of Asst. Treasury Officer in Divisional sub treasuries as Divisional Treasury Officer and as Deputy Treasury officer in District Treasuries Requested - Reg.
• Request for implementation of 11" PRC, w.e. 1-7-2018-Release of pending D.As w.e.f. 1-1- 2019 to 1-1-2021 and crediting of the retirement financial benefits to the bank accounts of pensioners and pending bills of employees
• Release of FTA/TA to the touring employees in all the departments including Medical and Health.

School Education Department

• Finalization of unified service rule to teachers.
• Merging of Model schools in School Education Department and payment of Salaries under ‘010’ head of account.
• Request for implementation of common service rules to all Teachers
• Request for one time settlement opportunity to interstate Teacher transfers relaxing local and non-local condition.
• Request for remove of different kinds of apps being implemented in Schools, Health Departments and Veterinary Departments.
• Request for implementation of old pension scheme instead of CPS to those employees Recruited / Notified before 01-09-2004 particularly employees working in Education, Police and APPSC.
• Request for extend the facility of Maternity Leave to those women employees deprived of the facility in some Departments.
• Extend the GPF facility to Municipal Teachers and open accounts accordingly. Appointment of | academic instructors for teaching according to increase in the student strength.
• Extend the OD facility to Teachers Unions who have permanent membership in Civil Services Joint Staff Council.
• Request to take back the (3) illegally suspended employees of SSC Board into duties by revoking their suspension.
• Request to fill up the Teacher vacancies by Promotions.
• Request to filling the Teachers / Headmaster Vacancies by promotions in Upgraded UP & High Schools.
