Go to cowin portal (cowin.gov.in) and click on 'Register / Sign In Yourself'. Then enter the mobile number and you will get OTP. Enter it and click on the Verify button. Then the 'Registration of Vaccination' page opens. Enter the requested details (photo identity card, name, date of birth) and click on the register button. Once registered ‌ however the date for vaccination can be selected. Click on the Schedule button next to it

2. Click on Register Yourself 
3. Enter Your Mobile Number 
4. You will get an OTP to your given Mobil Number
5. Enter the OTP  and click on Verify
6. You will be redirected to Registration Page
7. Enter the requested details
8. Click on Register Button
9. After the Registration, Vaccination date can be selected
